Delivery Costs
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is free.

Monthly Subscriptions
You should receive your deliveries at the same time each month with some seasonal adjustment. We will inform you when a delivery has left us so you can look forwards to receiving it.

Parcel Receipt
Packages will be too large for a standard letterbox so your delivery destination will require someone to receive them, a place to safely leave the package or a helpful neighbour. Re-delivery or collection of failed deliveries should be undertaken as soon as possible as some packages will contain perishable plants. It is your responsibility to ensure packages are received and opened within a reasonable time and plant care is administered as appropriate.

Returns Policy

We carefully inspect all products and plants before they leave us to ensure top quality. If you do experience a problem then please contact us immediately.

Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty item from us then you can return it to us and we will organise a replacement. Please contact customer services in the first instance. Contact should be made within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged in Transit
Please inform us as soon as possible if an item has been damaged in transit. You can return damaged items to us but in the first instance please contact customer services to arrange a return and replacement. Any returns should include the original packaging for inspection.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is defective then please contact us within 14 days of the problem. Defective goods can be returned within 28 days. Please contact customer services to organise a return and discuss a replacement.

Due to their perishable nature we can't normally accept plants that are returned. If you receive a plant that is in a bad condition contact us immediately. We may ask you to send us a photograph so we can see the condition of the plant on arrival to you. The provided instructions should tell you what condition you should expect as some plants will look no more than a stick when they are received out of season. It must be noted that some plants will need some care immediately on arrival and it is your responsibility to ensure deliveries are received and opened in good time and plant care instructions are followed, watering a thirsty plant after its long journey for instance.
